What is your deposit or booking procedure?
We require a deposit of $200 plus a signed contract to confirm the booking.  The balance is due one week prior to the event.


How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better.  We are already booking for 2012.  So don't hesitate too long or all of our booths may be booked for your special day.

Do we get unlimited photos during the rental period?
Yes.  The term 'Unlimited photos' refers to unlimited sessions in which each session will print out one copy, in other words your guests can do as many sessions as they want and one picture will be printed out per session.

Can you arrive early to setup the booth to avoid disruption of other events and is there any additional fee for this downtime?
Certainly, we can arrive as early as 1 hour and there is never a charge for this downtime.  You only pay for the actual usage time of the photo booth.

I see that you offer the additional options of a Memory Book & Scrapbook.  What's the difference between the two?

Memory Book:  This is a nice solid black photo memory book with black pages that will hold the 2nd copy of the duplicate-strip print outs along with your guest's signatures & congratulatory comments.  A 2nd attendant will be present to properly place all pictures and direct guests to sign the book.

Scrapbook:  You get your choice of any color* scrapbook and scrapbook pages.  The pages will include decorative bordering and embellishments based on the theme of your event as well as the 2nd copy of the duplicate strips from each session and your guest's signatures & comments.  In addition, when you select our scrapbook option, a 2nd attendant will be present whose only duty is to ensure that your scrapbook looks its best.  * Available colors: Black, Red, Chocolate Brown, Navy Blue, Purple, Bright Pink, Olive Green, Light Pink, Baby Blue Turquoise/Teal, Maroon, Cream)


Do you offer a discount if I rent two booths for my event and if so, how much?
Absolutely!  Depending on how long you book your event will determine our final price.

Is your booth a real booth or one of those "pipe & drapes" booth you bring in a couple of bags?

We actually offer two different types of booths:

Our
traditional style photo booths are solid cabinet booths which have an attached wrap-around curtain for privacy.  In addition, the booths have the traditional slot on the side for guests to receive their pictures.  Our booths do not have a solid backing, as with traditional booths, which is by design.  This type of setup allows for more of your guests to fit in without any obstructions.


Our other new booth, which we call a
Photo Pod, is a free standing open-air booth (as shown below).  The pros for this type of setup is that less room is required to setup and more of your guests can be in one picture.

 

What format do the photos print out (Strips, 4x4 grid, etc)?
With the rental you have a choice of selecting a variety of formats for your prints.  Our two most common formats are the 4x4 grid as shown in the sample photo gallery. The second format is duplicate strips where the 4 pictures taken during the session are repeated on two vertical columns.  The 4x6 sheet is then cut in half.  This format is ideal for Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Mitzvahs where the host wishes to allow their guests to keep a copy of their session while the other half is then put into Guest/Scrap Book for them to sign/comment.

Do you charge extra for the duplicate strip format?
No, there is no additional charge for the print out of the duplicate strips.

What if I decide I want to add an additional hour on the day of the event?
This is not a problem.  Just let the onsite attendant know.


How long does it take to print each photo?
Each print takes 10-15 seconds to print.


If I have guests in wheelchairs is there a way for them to enjoy the Photo Booth?
Definitely!  The bench can easily be moved out of the way for wheelchair access.


How many guests can fit into your booth?

Comfortably, 2-4 people.  We have had upwards of around 10+ faces show up in a shot. This all depends on your creativity.  The onsite attendant will be more than happy to remove the bench at anytime to accommodate for more room.


I see that the remaining balance is due one week prior to the event.  Is it ok if we pay out the remaining balance in installments prior to the due date?
Absolutely.  You are more than welcomed to start paying on your remaining balance at anytime.  Just as long as the complete balance has been paid by the due date (one week before the event).


How long does it take for our pictures to be posted to the internet?
Most event photos are posted 2-5 business days after the event and there is no additional fee for this service.


Do you provide a copy of our images on disk?
Certainly.  With every rental your images will be saved to a CD or DVD data disk which will contain the full resolution copies of both individual image files and the 4 photo print file.


What are the dimensions of your traditional style photo booth?
Our Digital Photo Booth measures approximately 6' tall by 3' wide by 6' deep.
